Moray MP Douglas Ross has congratulated the staff and children of Logie Primary School following publication of a report by inspectors from Education Scotland. The school was evaluated as “good” and “very good” in every area it was assessed on. Logie Primary School is a rural school located south of Forres.
Douglas visited the school last Friday when he was met by headteacher Helen Douglas and shown around the school by the children. He said, “I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the school and it was great to see the obvious pleasure and pride that the children took in showing me around. It was quite clear that the children are thriving in a warm and caring environment and I am not in the least surprised to see this confirmed in the report from the inspectors of Education Scotland. I would like to offer my congratulations to the teaching staff, children, parents and carers for this achievement.”
